2008/6/26 | 黃先生 | 請問有誰遇到過收件人拒付運費,而快遞公司直接將費用轉嫁給寄件人身上,如此不合理的定型化條款,希望大家集思廣益想出一些方式來對抗這種不合理的方法,我們是電子零件貿易商,常有國外買家下訂單跟我們買貨,訂單上已有指名快遞 U公司帳號,我們收到對方貨款後按照對方指定的帳號通知 U公司來取件,物品送達半年後U公司打電話來通知我們要付這筆費用....."理由是收件人不付寄件人一定要付"我覺得真是太冤枉太不合理,我們只是按照對方的指示,通知 U公司來取件, U公司不能將所有的風險全都轉嫁給寄件人身上,收件人不付運費,為何外務還要放貨給他呢? 俗語說:冤有頭債有主, U公司應該是找收件人來處理,假如他們還不付運費就將他們的帳號停掉,以示警戒,否則 U公司就不要開放"到付"請問同行的大前輩是否有好的對策呢...請來信或來電告知 !! 謝謝 !!
