(BCT) was founded in 1989, formerly known as Branchy Vacuum Technology (BCV). More than ten years ago, we dedicated ourselves in the design/manufacture/sale of thin-film process equipments for semiconductor, optoelectronic, and communication devices. The major products are physical vapor deposition systems such as thermal coater, e-beam evaporator, and sputtering system. In the recent five years, the plasma-series equipments have been developed and become standard products. There are photoresist asher, plasma cleaner, reactive ion etcher (RIE), plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), and high-density-plasma (HDP) etcher. Recently, we have made so many custom-built OLED integration and in-line sputter systems for Taiwan industry. To service the wide customers in Taiwan, BCT also becomes the service and sale centers for Telemark products (e-beam source, thickness monitor, endpoint detector etc.) and Brooks mass flow and pressure controllers. |
