The founder and current Chairman is Dr. Ken C. Kuo, who holds a Ph.D. from the City University of New York, U.S.A., after first obtaining a B.S. degree in Chemistry from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and a M.S. Degree with honors from the National Tokyo University in Japan. After graduation, Dr. Kuo was employed as a Senior Researcher at the Polymer Research Laboratories of Gaylord in the U.S.A., and later worked for the German corporate giant Huls Research & Development Center in the U.S.A. In 1990, Dr. Kuo founded Summit Chemical Laboratory in the U.S.A., the predecessor of GMK Technology Corporation. |
