Technicians from Japan joined HS-tech in September 2002. They were engaged in the development and production of Glass-to-Metal sealing package for more than 20 years. In December 2002, HS-tech increased the capital and started establishing the factory of Glass-to-Metal sealing package in Kaohsiung city.
Glass-to-Metal sealing can be applied in many fields such as laser diode package, LCD CCFL electrical trigger, MEMS Display and Optical switch packages, some sensor packages, and so on. The demand of Glass-to-Metal sealing is increasing in Taiwan but almost all of the hermetic-seal packages are imported. In order to give the best service and offer the best price to the customers, we set up the Glass-to-Metal sealing factory in the south of Taiwan. Especially, we are capable of doing the customer design package and small volume samples production. |
